As a result of continued growth in the volume of business we do outside the confines of Franklin County it has become necessary for us to become vastly more mobile and we currently spend a large amount of the time on the road. As a result we're often out of cell range in some building or valley or some such so please leave a voicemail if trying to reach us.

We will continue to offer quality services to our customers in the Franklin County area and will now offer FREE pickup and delivery within 10 Miles of Our Former Main St Location in Downtown Greenfield.

Here's how it works:

• Simply Call Us, Our 413-773-5444 Phone Number is still active. Leave us a message and we'll get back to you to schedule pickup of your system.
• You may also email us at doug@gnettek.com
• Our normal pickup and delivery day will be Sunday afternoons for your convince. Business Pickup & Delivery will be scheduled as needed. Other times can be accommodated by special arraignment. You may also bring it to us by special arraignment. (Note: At our option and with pre notification to you we may opt to pickup systems on a different day at times)
• There is a $40.00 Cash Prepaid Diagnostic Fee which will be applied to any additional work you authorize. If repair work is indicated and you chose not to complete recommended work we will retain the diagnostic fee.
• Your computer must be unhooked from all peripherals (Monitor, Printer, Power etc) and ready for pickup when we arrive. If we need to unhook it or wait while you do an additional $10.00 cash prepaid charge will apply. This charge will also apply if you ask us to reconnect your system upon return. (If we pickup and have to unhook 15 systems in a day it will add 2 hours to our day if it takes 10 minutes per system to unhook. This is why this charge is necessary.)
• Your system will be returned to you the following Sunday unless we are awaiting parts. Earlier return delivery, or pickup by you can be arranged.
  (Note: At our option and with pre notification to you we may opt to return systems on a different day at times)
• Customers outside the 10 Mile Free Delivery area will be charged $1.00 per mile roundtrip for each mile beyond the 10 mile radius based on GPS mobile trip computation. With special arraignments you can also bring it to us and pick it up.
